25 years of working experience in the biggest bank in Indonesia, mainly in the areas of loan and financing (Corporate, Commercial, Small & Medium Enterprise, Micro & Loan Workout). The other areas of experience was in Research & Development, Training Development, and People Development. His steps then continued to the professional world of Business Coach, Trainer & Speaker. He acquired some specific training and sertification related to Coach, Trainer, and Consultant. for some years he joined some top companies as an Associate Coach at Top Coach Indonesia, and as a Trainer Consultant at International Financial Corporation (IFC), World Bank Group. Currently he is Certified Member in The John Maxwell Team. Adji’s passion in Business Education and People Development brings his value of achievement to contribute in development of economic, business and communities in Indonesia.
